Our cancellation policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible, taking into account operating costs and commitments to our service providers. General Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer:
- If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If you cancel 15 to 29 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If you cancel 7 to 14 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before departure or fail to arrive, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation by Spark Holidays:
- If Spark Holidays cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions or insufficient participation, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at a future date.
- In the case of cancellation due to force majeure (act of God, political unrest, pandemic etc.), refunds will be subject to the policies of our service providers.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation request.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for booking.
- Some services, such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, and customized packages, may be non-refundable as per third-party policies.
Amendment Policy
- Any amendments to the booking (such as date changes, destination changes or modifications) will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Requests for amendments must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
- Some amendments may not be permitted due to supplier restrictions.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to check-in at the scheduled time and location will be considered a no-show, and 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused services.
Special Terms for Flight and Hotel Bookings
- Flight cancellations and modifications are subject to airline policies, and additional fees may apply.
- Hotel cancellations depend on the specific property’s policy and seasonality.
- Non-refundable hotel and airline bookings cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
